It was my pleasure coordinating all these fun swaps for you ladies and a joy to meet each one of  you. 

Thank you for participating in the Swaps for the Last Escape.  It went by so fast.  My only regret, not taking more photos.

Heidi and I arrived at Scrapbooks, Etc. at 10:30AM on Sunday with the name tags printed and ready to SWAP!

This task took us 7 1/2 hours! 

Our first big task of the day was to sort each SWAP by the person who created the individual projects. 

Our next task was to actually swap out and then package the swap items for each individual.

Our final task was to group each person's swaps together and add a summary sheet of the swaps they signed-up for.  Any Swaps that I did not receive left us with an unclaimed  summary sheet. 

If your user name is below, I DID NOT receive your swap items in time and you will not be included in the swaps:

I have sorted all the swaps.  Today I am meeting our fearless volunteer, Heidi at Scrapbooks, Etc. to check-in, label and package the swaps!  Next, the Swaps will be sent to Bazzill to be prepared for shipment to Creative Escape at Wild Horse Pass.  It is absolutely crucial that I have received your swap by now (they were due July 29) for your items to be included in the swaps!

The Secret Sister Swaps have been logged in and sent to Bazzill for prepare to shipment to Wild Horse Pass!

I am short one SS gift and have contacted this party for an update!

All swaps are due this week! 

Your swaps are to be mailed to: Scrapbooks, Etc. ATTN: Swap Coordinator, 2820 E. University Drive #111, Mesa, AZ 85213. Your swaps must reach this destination by Friday, July 29.

Once this due date passes, I will begin opening the packages and will post here in the Swap Forum Blog that your package has been received.
