Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa
The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort and Spa, was designed to be an authentic representation of the Gila River Indian Community's heritage and culture. It is conveniently located 11 miles from the Phoenix Sky harbor International Airport on the ancient Gila River Indian Community. The AAA Four Diamond Resort offers its guests a recreational, educational and inspirational experience never before available in a resort setting. The architecture, design, art and legends of the Pima and Maricopa tribes are celebrated in every detail imaginable, indoors and out.
Hotel Fee
$139 per night. The Creative Escape rate is also available three days before and after the event if you are considering extending your stay. All hotel accommodations must be made prior to August 11, 2008 in order to receive this discount. After this date, all reservation prices are offered at market rate.
Room Info
Rooms have panoramic views including the Sierra Estrella and South Mountains from the private patio or balcony. You may even see wild horses roaming across the desert! The room includes a stocked mini bar, coffee and tea maker, high-speed Internet access, and all rooms are non-smoking. Each guest room features bath suites with a separate tub and shower. And, save room in your suitcase...don't bother packing the big stuff. Each room includes a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. Your choice of King or Double-Double rooms, while available. A limited number of suites are available for an additional charge.
You will not be able to make hotel reservations until you receive a unique access code issued by Creative Escape and the Sheraton hotel via email upon registering for the event.

Airport Shuttle Coupon

The little blue van will pick you up (and your half empty luggage!) at the airport baggage terminal and deliver you to the front doors of the serene Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa. When you are ready to head home, call Super Shuttle in advance and they will take you (and your super-heavy, barely zipped closed luggage!) back to the airport. So easy!

- Follow signs onto the resort grounds, and the resort entrance is approximately 2 miles ahead
